How do I request a refund?

You can request a refund using an instant online form, either in the app or on the website.

In the app

You can open it in the app by tapping the Refund button on the ‘Ticket details’ screen.

On the website

You can also open it by visiting refunds.railboard.com

If you’re requesting a refund via the website, you’ll need your booking reference and your email address to hand.
